Chris Trapasso of CBS Sports mocked Zay Flowers, WR from Boston College, to the Buffalo Bills with the 27th overall pick. Trapasso says that Zay Flowers can “hit the ground running” in the Bills’ offense.”

Zay Flowers was the 5th WR picked in Trapasso’s mock, after (1) Jordan Addison, WR from USC, to the Texans at pick 12, (2) Quentin Johnston, WR from TCU, to the Patriots with the 14th pick, (3) Jalin Hyatt, WR from Tennessee, to the Chargers with the 21 pick, and (4) Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR from Ohio State, to the Vikings with the 23 pick.

Last month, Dane Brugler mocked Zay Flowers to the Bills in the second round with the 61st overall pick (the Bills draft pick was not set when that mock was published. It is interesting to see the discrepancy in draft position for Zay Flowers between the two mocks.

Trapasso mocked Bijan Robinson, RB from Texas who is often connected to the Bills in the first round, to the Eagles with the 31st overall pick.

Diante Lee of the Athletic mocked Bijan Robinson, RB from Texas, to the Bills with the 27th overall pick. Diante Lee described Bijan as “the type of back that can create offense when the blocking isn’t perfect.” Diante Lee also highlighted Bijan Robinson’s ability as a receiver, which is the first time we have seen that analysis.

Bijan Robinson was the first running back taken in Diante Lee’s February 8, 2023 mock draft. Jordan Addison, another player that analysts mock to the bills, was taken by the Chargers at pick 21.

Brooks called Jordan Addison a “crafty pass catcher” that would add another weapon to Buffalo’s arsenal. Jordan Addison was the 4th wide receiver mocked in Brooks Mock Draft 1.0, after (1) Quentin Johnson at 12 to the Texans, (2) Jaxon Smith-Njigba at 20 to the Seahawks, and (3) Zay Flowers at 25 to the Giants.

Daniel Jeremiah of NFL Network released his first 2023 Mock Draft. Jeremiah mocked the Bills taking Bijan Robinson, RB from Texas, with the 27th overall pick. Jeremiah called Robinson, “One of the elite players in this draft – worthy of a top-10 pick.” Jeremiah believes that (1) NFL teams’ hesitancy to spend a first round pick on a RB and (2) the depth of the RB free agent class will cause Bijan to slide to pick 27.

Dane Brugler of The Athletic mocked Antonio Johnson, S from Texas A&M to the Bills with the 29th overall pick. According to Brugler, Antonio Johnson can “play free, strong, or nickel safety.”

Jordan Addison, WR from USC who analysts have mocked to the Bills, was taken by the Seahawks with pick 20 and Bijan Robinson, RB from Texas who analysts have mocked to the Bills, was taken by the Eagles with pick 31.
